By downloading, installing, or using the DrinkWell application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the App
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the App

Content and Functionality

• The App is designed to help track water consumption and provide general hydration recommendations
• The recommendations provided are general in nature and not medical advice
• You should consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your hydration habits, especially if you have any medical conditions

Medical Disclaimer

The DrinkWell App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The information provided through the App is for informational purposes only.

User Accounts and Data

• DrinkWell does not require account creation
• All your personal data is stored locally on your device
• We do not claim ownership of your personal data

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DrinkWell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

DrinkWell uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Uygulamanın Kullanımı

• Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlar için kullanabilirsiniz
• Uygulamadan elde edilen hiçbir bilgiyi değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, iletemez, gösteremez, gerçekleştiremez, çoğaltamaz, yayınlayamaz, lisanslayamaz, türev çalışmalar oluşturamaz, transfer edemez veya satamazsınız
• Uygulamayı decompile etmeye veya tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmamalısınız

İçerik ve İşlevsellik

• Uygulama, su tüketimini takip etmeye ve genel hidrasyon önerileri sağlamaya yönelik tasarlanmıştır
• Sağlanan öneriler genel niteliktedir ve tıbbi tavsiye değildir
• Özellikle herhangi bir tıbbi durumunuz varsa, hidrasyon alışkanlıklarınızda önemli değişiklikler yapmadan önce bir sağlık uzmanına danışmalısınız

Tıbbi Feragatname

DrinkWell Uygulaması bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve herhangi bir hastalığı veya sağlık durumunu teşhis etmek, tedavi etmek, iyileştirmek veya önlemek için tasarlanmamıştır. Uygulama aracılığıyla sağlanan bilgiler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

Kullanıcı Hesapları ve Veriler

• DrinkWell kullanımı için hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez
• Tüm kişisel verileriniz yerel olarak cihazınızda saklanır
• Kişisel verileriniz üzerinde herhangi bir mülkiyet hakkı talep etmiyoruz

Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve orijinal içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği DrinkWell’e aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı, ticari marka, patent, ticari sır ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.

Sonlandırma

Herhangi bir nedenle, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın veya sorumluluk almaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz.

Koşullarda Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Bu Koşulları düzenli olarak gözden geçirmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabi olacaktır, kanunların çatışması hükümleri dikkate alınmaksızın.
